'Grounded' is your answer to declutter your mind. It is a way to find peace within the chaos of our lives. It is a journey into understanding, learning and practicing Meditation. It is designed to help you develop a better relationship with YOU.

What will we do?

We will understand mediation; it's theoretical aspects, implementation, techniques and practice. There would also be a guided meditation, so please come comfortably dressed and get along your yoga mat or a blanket that you could sit/lie comfortably.

What is meditation?

Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.

How to meditate?

Osho says, when people come to me and they ask, "How to meditate?" I tell them, "There is no need to ask how to meditate, just ask how to remain unoccupied. Meditation happens spontaneously. Just ask how to remain unoccupied, that's all. That's the whole trick of meditation - how to remain unoccupied. Then you cannot do anything. The meditation will flower."

Meditation is training your mind to remain thoughtless. We are so pre-occupied with our daily chores and the worries associated with them, that we forget the actual capabilities of our mind. Meditation is like a trek on a mountain. When you reach the top, you can see the vastness of the universe, of which we are oblivious of in our daily routines.
